At VendorLink we take the utmost responsibility in managing your data. All employees of VendorLink are fully bonded to ensure confidentially is upheld.

These are just a few of the precautions that Vendorlink takes to protect your data:

• Vendorlink will not take on any short term or long term client that directly competes with any of our existing clientele.
• To ensure privacy, analysts will only work on the maximum of three non-competing clients.
• Rotating passwords and firewalls to protect your information.
• Any and all printed documentation is shredded on site.
• All information on data storage devices is deleted and reformatted upon the end of the contract relationship and is never resold.
• VendorLink realizes that all information is the sole property of the client, and will not share, distribute or communicate any information without the prior written approval of the client. VendorLink agrees to forfeit any and all of the vendors information upon the request of the vendor.
• It is a strict policy that VendorLink associates will not use the reply to all or blind copy functions in any of our email communication.
